In Home Lessons

Ladwig Music Services offers professional and experienced in-home lessons to students throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. Lessons are available on almost any wind, brass, or keyboard instrument, as well as voice and guitar.

In addition, we cater to adult lessons and music education for home-schooled families. Ladwig Music Services is a member of the home-school group MACHE. We provide a flexible lesson schedule, with availability during the day, evening, or Saturdays, depending on the student's location and schedule.

We welcome students and learners of ALL ages and abilities, and can provide the necessary books and materials that a student will need. All you need to provide is your instrument and enthusiasm!

At Ladwig Music Services, we emphasize learning and musical growth in a comfortable, non-intimidating environment: one's home. Combined, we bring over 30 years of teaching experience to our students, and also actively perform ourselves in the Twin Cities.

Not only do we believe in teaching the essentials of music in a way that leads to lifelong success, but we also highly emphasize the importance of musical enjoyment. Many students have varying purposes and goals for beginning and continuing lessons: some are content with just learning to play for fun, some have more structured goals in mind, and some want to learn music at a high enough level to be a member of a professional orchestra one day.

Whatever the goal, we are able to work with our students to create lessons that are thought-provoking, personal, and educational.
